The mayor and council members have equal votes and are responsible for making policy, enacting laws, and appointing a town administrator to run the day-to-day operations of the town. To serve as Mayor or Council Member a person must be a resident of the town, at least 18 years of age and registered to vote.

Qualifications
30 years in business management, 15 years of which were spent as a small business owner. Currently serving on Pine Ridge Zoning Board of Appeals.
I believe that everyone has a responsibility to serve their community. I hope, that by serving on town council, I can help to keep our town a great place to live and prosper.
I will encourage community involvement. This is the lifeblood of any small town and how we maintain our hometown feel into the future.
I feel that the whole town should be considered in every decision that is made without abandonment of the individuals affected.
