The mayor and council members have equal votes and are responsible for making policy, enacting laws, and appointing a town administrator to run the day-to-day operations of the town. To serve as Mayor or Council Member a person must be a resident of the town, at least 18 years of age and registered to vote.

Education Airport High, Central Christian College, Liberty University
Qualifications 30 years in business management, 15 years of which were spent as a small business owner. Currently serving on Pine Ridge Zoning Board of Appeals.
I believe that everyone has a responsibility to serve their community. I hope, that by serving on town council, I can help to keep our town a great place to live and prosper.
I will encourage community involvement. This is the lifeblood of any small town and how we maintain our hometown feel into the future. I feel that the whole town should be considered in every decision that is made without abandonment of the individuals affected.
