The mayor and council members have equal votes on the town council and are responsible for making policy, enacting laws, and appointing the town manager. To serve as Mayor or Council Member a person must be a resident of the town, at least 18 years of age and registered to vote.

Help my area get improvement and help out community learn more about our town.
I would have to evaluate what the towns plans to evaluate what need to be improved.
We don't have any public transportation now. They attempted a year ago. We need to have public transportation into the Lexington area for those who don't drive .
Community board outside town hall so the community knows the next meeting or events for the month.
