I bring 25+ years of leadership in the restaurant industry, commercial insurance, and commercial real estate. I have managed multi-unit operations, opened over 20 restaurants, overseen budgets, hiring, training, and business turnarounds. Today, I serve on the Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce Board, Center for Community Services Board, and the Board of Zoning Appeals. As a past Rotary president and church leader, I believe in service above self. My leadership is rooted in accountability, teamwork, and helping small businesses succeed.
Support small businesses by reducing red tape and modernizing outdated codes.

Ensure smart growth and development that balances community needs, schools, and infrastructure.

Strengthen transparency and accountability in city government so residents have a clear voice and fair representation.
Growth should work for our residents, not against them. I support updating zoning codes, improving traffic planning, and protecting green spaces. I will encourage thoughtful development that considers infrastructure, schools, and neighborhoods before approvals are granted. I believe in open communication with residents so they know what’s coming and can be part of the process.
City Council should work with developers, nonprofits, and state partners to promote housing that is both affordable and sustainable. This includes reviewing zoning, supporting mixed-use developments, and ensuring growth does not price out long-time residents. Council must balance attracting new opportunities with protecting the character of Fountain Inn so families at all income levels can thrive here.
