I am running for office to ensure that Tewksbury grows responsibly, protects its unique character, and safeguards the financial and legal well-being of our residents. Our township faces real challenges—new residential developments, overdue affordable housing obligations, and looming infrastructure costs—that require experienced, forward-looking leadership. My goal is to balance growth with fiscal responsibility while preserving what makes Tewksbury such a special place to live.
The most important issue facing Tewksbury voters this year is how we manage the pressures of growth—particularly large-scale affordable housing developments—while protecting the character, open spaces, and financial stability of our township. Projects such as Hovnanian’s 228-unit proposal on Halls Mill Road and the 61-unit development at One Oldwick Road (wine store property) bring real concerns about school enrollment, rising taxes, and infrastructure readiness.

At the same time, our township has yet to resolve its Round Three affordable housing obligations, leaving us vulnerable to costly legal challenges. Addressing these challenges requires balancing compliance with state mandates, protecting taxpayers, and preserving the rural identity that makes Tewksbury special. As your township committee member, I will continue to advocate for proactive planning, expanded open space acquisition, and transparent engagement so that our community—not outside developers—shapes the future of Tewksbury.
The principal duties of the Tewksbury township committee is acting as a governing board as we appoint a township administrator to run daily operations. As a governing board we research, implement and enforce policies through ordinances, appoint members to township boards and committees that provide advice and recommendations, set our municipal operational and capital budgets, develop long range fiscal plans and also conduct financial and operational oversight of our township and administration.
In my first term on Tewksbury township committee (2018-2020) I gained first-hand experience into how our Township police department protocols and rigorous training reinforce a culture of effective law enforcement guided by soft skills like communication, empathy, problem-solving, teamwork and informed judgement. Our Tewksbury police rely on these soft skills to protect and preserve the rural charm of Tewksbury.

With Tewksbury being a sparsely populated, rural area intersected by Interstate-78, and only a few miles from Trump National-Bedminster, NJ, our law enforcement professionals often have to be ready to respond and partner with State and neighboring township police agencies for collective safety.

Involvement in Community 4 years North Hunterdon Voorhees Regional High School Vice President. Volunteer for Potterville Ladies Auxiliary helping our local firehouse. Organizing and supporting local fundraising events. Ran multi school district events to support collaboration and share best practices.
I am motivated by a deep commitment to preserving Tewksbury’s unique character while ensuring smart, responsible planning for our future. With decades of experience in business, strategy, and leadership, I bring a results driven approach to solving complex challenges. I have also served in local government and community leadership roles, where I’ve successfully built consensus, managed budgets, and delivered real outcomes.

My goal is to bring practical solutions, transparency, and collaboration to our Township Committee. Ensuring decisions reflect the best interests of all residents.
My top priority is keeping taxes stable while maintaining the high quality of services and schools that make Tewksbury such a desirable community. Rising costs and funding pressures require careful financial management and creative problem solving.

I will advocate for cost-saving measures such as shared services, grants, and energy efficiency projects, while ensuring investments in infrastructure and open space are sustainable. By fostering collaboration with schools, neighboring towns, and county partners, I will work to reduce financial burdens on residents without sacrificing the character or services of our town.
The Township Committee’s core responsibility is to serve residents by managing local services, protecting community interests, and stewarding tax dollars responsibly. This includes adopting budgets, enacting ordinances, overseeing land use, and ensuring public safety and infrastructure needs are met. Equally important is fostering open communication, listening to residents, and making decisions transparently and fairly.

Members must balance fiscal responsibility with preserving Tewksbury’s rural character and quality of life. Ultimately, the role is about building trust and ensuring government works for all members of our community.
Local law enforcement’s primary responsibility is protecting the safety and rights of our residents. I believe they should not act as an extension of federal immigration enforcement, but rather focus on local public safety and building trust within our community. When residents feel safe engaging with local police, it strengthens public safety for all. Local law enforcement should cooperate with federal agencies when legally required, but their resources and attention must remain on serving and protecting our town.

A community-first approach builds trust, security, and fairness.

I’m a proud Tewksbury resident raising two children in our exceptional schools. I’m running for Township Committee to preserve our rural character, support infrastructure, and promote transparent, responsible leadership. As an advertising executive and active neighbor, I bring collaboration, integrity and a commitment to keeping Tewksbury vibrant and welcoming.
I’m running to bring collaborative, and transparent leadership to preserve what makes Tewksbury special and ensure it thrives into the future. I am running to put politics aside so we can prioritize working with our neighbors for each other. Transparent communication, encouragement of public involvement in Township meetings, and offering referenda on major issues, all while actively welcoming all Tewksbury residents to participate in decision-making that affects our town.
The Township Committee is the backbone and steward of our municipal operations, there to listen to constituents concerns and act decisively for the betterment of all township residents. By actively working with all levels of State government, all the way to Governor, advocating for appropriate funding, ensuring that external policies respect Tewksbury’s values and needs, and pushing back on unrealistic mandates when possible.
Generally speaking, our local law enforcement officials and officers should collaborate with and assist their state and federal counterparts in enforcing laws and protecting citizens. However, I believe ICE and their current methods of operation are acting outside the bounds of applicable law and I do not believe our local law enforcement should be collaborating with them. We don't need masked, unidentified 'agents' of the federal government trampling on and disrupting our town, residents, or welcomed visitors.
