Protecting our neighborhoods and continued investment in infrastructure. I have consistantly supported infrastructure improvements that benefit all residents, regularly voting to allocate additional funding toward roads, culverts, sewers, and water systems. I have played an instrumental part in the renovation of Town Hall, the Railroad Park basketball courts, lighting upgrades at the 202 ball field, turf replacement at Legacy Field, repairs and upgrades to the skate park, and the restoration of the Courthouse Plaza steps. I have also backed the expansion of protective netting at Granite Knolls to help ensure the safety of children and families. I have also consistantly voted to protect our residential neighborhoods maintaining Yorktowns quant character!

After four years away from politics, I’m stepping back into the ring—not because I crave the fight, but because I’m deeply frustrated by what I see, both nationally and right here at home.
Too many politicians are consumed with beating the other side, playing games, and scoring points. Too little time is spent doing the actual work of governing—thoughtfully, responsibly, and in service of the people.
Locally, overdevelopment is straining Yorktown’s infrastructure, traffic and threatening the character of the town we love. Be assured I am not anti-development—I am for smart development. I believe in progress that preserves what makes Yorktown special. That means protecting our quality of life, keeping taxes down, and saying no to deals that give developers massive tax breaks while burdening residents.
I deeply believe that I left the town in much better shape than I found it as a result of my prior service. I believe I still have much to offer in the capacity of Town Councilman.

We need to stop overdeveloping, and when we do develop new housing, there needs to be an affordable component to each project. We should stop offering tax abatements to developers and use tax revenues to improve services, susbsidize recreation fees for low-income residents, and make the town board more responsive to working families than to the special interests.
