Balancing infrastructure repairs with new development and budget constraints. We are a desirable town to live in and there has been a renewed interest in the commercial areas of our town. This is also leading to a growth in residential zones. We need to find a way to finance road and sewer expansions while not breaking the backs of the taxpayers. We also need to keep our town resources up to date and not drop the level of services that our town has grown accustom to. This means researching every project that wants to come to town while looking ahead to the future of the town and knowing what cause and effect will be realized as the projects move forward.
