Rye stands at a crossroads, and our community needs to preserve what makes our city special while planning for the future. For too long, we have relied on an outdated Master Plan that doesn’t reflect today’s challenges, from development pressures to environmental threats. Families across Rye know the pain of flooding, the need for infrastructure improvements, and rising costs. We cannot wait any longer to invest in resilient systems that safeguard our homes, businesses, and natural resources. At the same time, we must address the needs of seniors, and young families who call Rye home. Our campaign is about striking the right balance of preserving Rye’s historic character and natural beauty, while supporting vibrant neighborhoods, a thriving downtown, and fair, transparent governance that always puts residents first and makes Rye a place people have a home across their lifetime.
