West Yellowstone Councilmember {_getChooseLabel(this.selections.length)}

The Town Council is the governing body, which consists of five Council members. Council members are elected at large on a non-partisan basis to serve terms of four years. One member of the Council is elected annually by the Council to serve as the Mayor. The Mayor is the presiding officer and votes as the other council members. The Town Council also appoints a Town Manager who serves under contract as the chief executive and administrative officer for the Town.

I have served on previous West Yellowstone Town Councils. I have been a resident and business owner in West for 45 years
The town has been on an agenda that wait and see when something breaks before we fix it. We have a lot of catching up to meet the needs of our main resource which is Tourism. My emphasis would be on these two areas.
There is no such thing as Affordable Housing at this time but we do need to find a way of housing workers and young family members.
