Qualifications for Office
I have been the constable for 24 years. I am Act 49 and Act 235 Certified. I am Part of the District Attorneys Task Force. I have held every office in the Monroe County Constables Association. I am also A Leathel Weapons Training Act Skills Instructor for the State. I hold 3 Black Belts including a Masters Rank. I have been a member of the Pocono Township FIre Company for 42 Years, I have held many positions over the years and am presently Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Captian of Fire Police. I am very active in the community and my church..
I have worked diligently to improve the image of constables in the County and surrounding areas. I have trained other constables and will continue to offer my assistance to them. My goal on every encounter is to have the client say "Thank You" I believe in giving back to the community and I pass that on to the newer constables.
