I hope to use my leadership, business, and construction experience to help the township find solutions to everyday concerns such as expansion/development, road infrastructure, open space, managing the budget with transparency, and imparting appropriate zoning.
I am looking to become a Milford township supervisor because I believe in public service and giving back to the community you belong to. I also want to be a catalyst to the township remaining a great place to work, live, and raise a family. A key facet of this role is to ensure the township grows in ways that reflect the values and needs of our residents - this would be a primary goal of mine.
Presently, I serve as Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board, which I have been a member of for three years. My family (wife and two sons) have lived in Milford Township for the past 20 years. I liked the township so much, in 2016 I moved my business here where I employ 18 people. As president, I have overseen my company’s operations for 29 years in commercial electrical construction.
Education
5 Year electrical apprenticeship,
Experience
13 years as a small business owner
One of the most important issues for me is the influx of new business to our township and the aging infrastructure that is getting extremely more use than it has been able to handle. Another important concern of mine is the safety and security of the township residents, we are starting to see more and more issues with the influx of businesses and developments
I am running for office to try and start the next generation of leadership for this growing township. As the township ages and grows, we need someone that cares about and wants to be involved in the township
As a business owner I feel I bring a Buch of different assets to the supervisor role. With all townships you have budgeting, project planning, managing, as well as listening to all your residents concerns. Which as a business owner you have to deal with these all the time as well
