Lack of unity at public meetings, with people talking over one another, and being disrespectful to one another. A resident will sometimes wait in line for their turn at the podium, and other residents cut them off and speak loudly from their seats. The result is that there many times there is little civil discussion and brainstorming to find a real solution to the problem being discussed. We have factions, resulting in people talking AT one another, rather than TO one another rarely resulting anything worthy of our time.

If elected, I will lead by example, starting by treating all others with respect, and by demanding respectful discussions at all public meetings.

We have some issues to resolve in Haycock, and the first step in the process is learning to disagree, without being disagreeable.

We are all neighbors and need to rekindle UNITY IN HAYCOCK!

That will be on my “to do” list early in my tenure, if elected.
For the several reasons stated above, and as I have several decades of experience and training in properly managing a Pa. township.

My family loves living in Haycock, and I have always believed that we all have a civic duty to contribute our time and talents wherever we can.

I have always provided detailed answers to a number of township issues on my website. electbobbender.com.

Experience 45 Years of Commercial business career, encompassing executive leadership positions , strategic planning roles, multi million dollar budget management, business development accountability and human resource management of companies over 4000 employees.
Lack of strategic planning and management of township resources and funding, limited transparency on key decisions, lack of accountability on actions of supervisory board and inaction on key personnel issues. Citizens of the Township are frustrated in lack of overall management and accountability.

I am not a politician! I am just a concerned citizen of the township that commits to executing the duties of the Supervisor position with: Integrity, Transparency and Accountability . I will work diligently to address budget deficiencies, redundant township operations and inefficiencies in operations.
