Yes—several policies should be revisited to reflect fiscal responsibility, fairness, and thoughtful planning for our schools. Property taxes have been raised to the maximum allowed by law, while a proposed $400 million capital plan exceeds the district’s legal debt limit—an unfair burden on taxpayers. Wrightstown Elementary suffers from chronic overcrowding, yet meaningful relief has not been prioritized. Families deserve immediate action. Strategic growth planning is essential, using refined projections to meet future student needs. Major initiatives should be grounded in thorough analysis of their impacts before implementation.
I have attended School Board meetings and understand their structure. As a former Wrightstown Planning Commission member, I value voter involvement in local government—whether running for office or participating in meetings. Our community thrives when we all engage in local governance.
My professional background is in technology sales, wherein I have been employed by corporations generating revenue up to $450 million. I possess expertise in analyzing profit and loss statements and making senior-level managerial decisions. This experience enables me to make informed contributions to decisions regarding the Council Rock School budget. I have also actively participated in my children's education, mentoring and coaching throughout grade school and high school. Over the past eight years, I have coached baseball, basketball, and football. Additionally, I have volunteered as a Scouting parent helper, and recently, I have volunteered with SAGE (Senior Adults for Greater Education), leveraging the experience of senior volunteers.

As a board director, I will continue to focus on policies that enhance the educational excellence of all students in Council Rock. I believe every student can grow and thrive. Our policies must support teaching and learning to ensure student safety and well-being in a healthy learning environment that is fiscally responsible. Policies must also take into consideration parent and student voices, since a collaborative and supportive community helps foster great schools.
I have attended and participated in all board meetings and committee meetings in the past year and a half. I am familiar with and confident in the workings of the school board.
I have always been a strong advocate for public education and know first hand the importance of a great education. As a former educator, a current and active parent of an elementary student in our district, I bring a unique perspective to the board. During my time on the board, I have co-chaired the facilities committee and continue to co-chair the education committee. I actively participate in school district events, meetings and community outreach. I have taken every opportunity to continue to learn and understand as much as I can as a board director. As a lifelong learner, I will use my experience and knowledge to make decisions that move the district forward and continue to provide the best possible education for all our students.
