My job as Sheriff is to enforce the law fairly, without fear or favor, and to keep politics out of policing. That means applying the law equally—regardless of race, zip code, or political affiliation. Building trust starts with showing up, listening to the public, and holding our deputies to the highest standards of professionalism. I’ll ensure our team is well-trained in de-escalation, use of force, and community engagement—because respect is earned on both sides. We’ll be visible in the community, not just during crises, but every day, doing the hard work of keeping Bucks County safe and secure.

My top priority as Sheriff will be reducing the number of outstanding warrants in Bucks County. There are thousands of open warrants—some going back years—that pose a real threat to public safety and the credibility of our justice system. I’ll take a focused, data-driven approach to closing the most serious cases and tracking down violent offenders. And let me be clear: I won’t manipulate the numbers to make it look like there’s progress. I’m interested in real results, not window dressing. Accountability matters, and I’ll make sure the Sheriff’s Office leads the way in delivering it.

As your Sheriff, my role is leading an agency serving and protecting Bucks Co. by building strong community relationships. With 40 years in law enforcement, I know the power of meeting people where they are. I've expanded outreach with a Community Outreach Team, increased presence at events with offerings like free Kids ID, and improved accessibility for services county-wide. I am especially proud of launching our new app and the first BCSO PAL program, which connects youth and deputies positively. Trust requires a trained, ready force; I stress accreditation and importance of transparency, accountability, and best practices. A Sheriff must be woven into the community's fabric, earning trust through consistent effort and open communication.

As your She my highest priority is the continued safety and security of every Bucks County resident. This priority is informed by my four decades of law enforcement experience - including 16 as the Director of Public Safety for Bensalem Twp. Leveraging smart technology like our leading DNA program, strengthening vital partnerships with local law enforcement to keep criminals off the streets, and investing in tools and training for our deputies guides everything we do. We will continue to be a proactive and innovative county-wide law enforcement agency ready to meet the challenges of our region head-on. My focus is always on leading an accredited, transparent, and highly effective office that the community can trust to keep them safe.
