Qualifications for Office Strong Knowledge and Background in Financial Management, Effective Communication and Organizational Skills, Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
I have upgraded technology in my office, changed procedures to allow digital filing for other offices and departments to have easier access saving taxpayers money. I keep funds in high interest bearing accounts transferring money to the General Fund to pay bills on a weekly basis which has helped generate $12,000,000 in interest earnings revenue for the county. I continue to look for ways to create more revenue and am fiscally responsible to the taxpayers of Monroe County.
