Experience I have been a practicing attorney for 38 years. Since 1994, I have been a partner in a law firm and have handle complex cases and financial issues. I am also currently the Vice President of the Saint Anthony Society De Padova
The issue that is vital to the health and future of our Township is fiscal responsibility. We need to focus on fiscal discipline, diversifying revenue sources, maximizing assets and minimizing costs. It requires discipline, transparency, and a commitment to making decisions today that will benefit tomorrow. By developing multiple, stable revenue streams, and unlocking the full potential of our assets we can create resilience and long-term security. We need to find a way to generate income, reduce liabilities and create new opportunities with the assets we own, such as the property we own, technology we use, human capital, and even our reputation. Fiscal responsibility demands that we minimize unnecessary costs. We need to cut wisely, streamline operations, invest in efficiencies, and ensure we are getting the maximum value for every dollar we spend. We can do better to position ourselves to thrive as a community.
As someone who loves this community, I am running for office because I believe in our future. I believe in the strength of our families, the spirit of our small businesses, the heart of our neighborhoods and I know we can make this place even better, together. This community has given me so much. Now, I want to give back. I know how to find opportunities where others see obstacles. Most importantly, I know how to grow and strengthen them without placing undue burdens on the people who call Lower Southampton home. My mission is simple: to help our community prosper, not by raising taxes, or digging deeper into your pockets, but by leveraging what we already have. We can invest smarter and stretch every dollar further. Leadership is about protecting what makes our community special while building a future that our children and grandchildren will be proud of.I am committed to listening to you, working with you, and making decisions that are in the best interest of our community.
For the past 38 years, I have been a practicing attorney and partner in a law firm where I have managed complex cases and substantial budgets and operations. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for understanding the law, respecting the Constitution, and following the law. As an attorney, you are bound to facts, reason, and to do what is right, even when it is difficult. TheTownship needs that kind of steady hand now more than ever. You have seen to much wasteful spending. We have seen frivolous lawsuits that do nothing but drain taxpayer dollars, damage our reputation, and distract from the real work of governance. With my background, I bring knowledge, discipline, accountability, and a deep understanding of how to manage finances and legal risk responsibility. I am ready to bring my decades of legal and financial experience to the service of our community. It is important to build a township that follows the law, honors people, and focuses on real progress.

There are 3 essential principles that must guide us: fiscal responsibility, planning for the future, and transparency. We owe it to ourselves to manage our resources wisely. Every dollar we spend must be spent with a purpose, with an eye toward value and sustainability. Fiscal responsibility is about ensuring that every investment we make builds real, lasting strength. We prioritize needs over wants, essentials over excess, and outcomes over optics. We cannot afford to be short-sighted. Every decision we make today must be made with tomorrow in mind. Whether it's investing in infrastructure, or preparing for emerging challenges, our commitment is to build a future that is stronger, smarter, and more resilient. We will not simply react to change, we will lead it, with clear vision and a steady hand. Transparency is the foundation of trust. We will share our plans, explain our reasoning, and invite your feedback. Together, we can build a future we are all proud of.
I am running for office because I believe that experience matters. Leadership is more than promises, it is proven action, tough decisions made for the right reasons, and a record that speaks louder than words. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated what it means to be fiscally responsible, to plan wisely, and to deliver results. Fiscal responsibility is not just a talking point for me; it is a core principle I have lived by. I have managed budgets large and small, balanced complex financial challenges, and built programs that not only saved money but strengthen services. I understand the value of a dollar, because I have spent my career ensuring every dollar is put to work efficiently and effectively. I have made hard decisions, prioritized smart investments, and created strategies that not only met today's needs but prepared us for tomorrow's opportunities. I am running because I believe building a future with integrity, vision, and transparency matters.
For over 30 years, I have built my career in commercial banking, an industry where responsibility, precision, and trust are essential. Every day, I work closely with businesses large and small, helping them grow, solve problems, and navigate challenges. I manage complex financial operations, evaluate risk, and make decisions that require both strategic thinking and fiscal discipline. I help people and organizations turn their plans into realty. In addition to my career, I am an entrepreneur and investor in residential real estate. I know firsthand what it means to take risks, to invest wisely, and to manage resources carefully. I have worked through changing markets, unexpected challenges, and complex negotiations. This experience sharpened my ability to plan for the long term, to adapt quickly, and to find smart solutions under pressure. Both my banking and residential real estate experience have strengthened the skills that are critical to serve effectively in this office.
