The goal of Borough Council should be to promote financial stability.
The budget should link to a broad view of Catasauqua’s goals and focus on getting the best outcome-based value while holding the line on taxes. Responsible planning creates a systemic process that anticipates and plans for the future while managing time constraints and the budget.

Property Taxes are at an all time high, but yet no visible improvements are being made to the borough. Better transparency and communication from Borough Hall is necessary to inform the taxpayers of where their money is going, what it's being spent on, why no infrastructure improvements are being made, as well as to let the public know about community events taking place.
