Housing is a major concern in Bethlehem. We must stop the overdevelopment of unaffordable rentals and develop housing that is affordable via rehabbing vacant properties, new buildings via incentives, and ensuring those who own homes can afford to stay in their home. I will mandate affordable housing for tax incentives as I did with the LERTA.

Bethlehem is implementing a comprehensive initiative to improve housing attainability and affordability in our community. We will continue to move forward working with our non-profit and community partners to create opportunities for residents to move into new affordable units while also expanding programs that allow current residents to stay in their home.
