1. What skills, knowledge, and experience do you have to help you be an effective member of Borough Council?

3. What are your top 3 priorities should you be elected to Borough Council?

4. Fluoridation in public water supplies has been studied by many agencies over many years. In Oct 2024, a federal court ruled that fluoride exposure poses a hazard to human health and ordered the EPA to respond. In Pennsylvania, decisions about fluoride in the water supplies are assigned to local government. What are your thoughts about the best way to manage this at the local level?

Education, Experience BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in Engineering Science from Clarkson University. 34 years working for Western Electric/Bell Labs/Lucent/Agere as an engineer and an engineering manager.
Qualifications Over 35 years of continuous service to the Borough of St Lawrence in the following positions. Planning Commission Member/Chairman, Zoning Hearing Board Member/Chairman, Borough Council Member/Chairman, Borough Mayor

Over 35 years of involvement with the Borough. I have been the borough's representative on the St Lawrence-Exeter-Amity-Douglass Joint Comprehensive Plan and the Berks Municipal partnership. By being involved with these, I have developed relationships with other elected officials and worked with them on common issues such as EMS and Fire Protection.
I believe in being involved in local government.
Listen to the residents' concerns and encourage their participation at council meetings

Work with business to locate within the borough

Continue to protect the borough's watershed property
I would need to know more about the hazards that fluoride exposure poses to health and the scientific evidence both pro and con before recommending any changes.
