3. Fluoridation in public water supplies has been studied by many agencies over many years. In Oct 2024, a federal court ruled that fluoride exposure poses a hazard to human health and ordered the EPA to respond. In Pennsylvania, decisions about fluoride in the water supplies are assigned to local government. What are your thoughts about the best way to manage this at the local level?

The PA Borough Code assigns the Mayor to oversee the Police Department which I have successfully done for two terms. In the public's mind the Mayor is a leader. I have chaired our Economic Development for many years resulting in 1/2 billion $ of projects.
My goal is to provide our residents with a great place to live and raise a family. I simply love this town and will work to keep it special.
The Western Berks Water Authority is owned by Wyomissing, West Reading and Shillington. The WBWA has consulted the the Boroughs and at this point continues to floridate. We will continue to monitor along with public input.
1- Continue to work with the Police Department in recruiting & training it to be the best. 2- Continue redevelopment with a focus on the Mall. 3- No one succeeds alone, I'm part of a great team. Keeping it in place will insure our future.
