Affordability -Time for everyone to pay their fair share of taxes. Increase the minimum wage. Reevaluate tax abatements on large construction projects. Housing- Provide subsidies for homeownership, ongoing collaboration, and dialogue with agencies such as the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey, the Affordable Housing Alliance, and the Supportive Housing Association of New Jersey, creating a space to discuss sustainable and equitable solutions. Education- Eliminating the formula that is currently in place. Creating a new formula using current data. I would look to educators to assist with creating a new formula. The objective of the new working formula would be to identify areas of wasteful spending, areas where we can improve educational outcomes, and support our teachers, children, and parents
I support reforms in State Contracting, Elder Care, Education, and Criminal Justice.

I believe we also need to revisit the OPRA statute
To strengthen NJ's economy, I would provide financial support and assistance to our small business owners. Identify and create initiatives to help low- and moderate-income families afford homes to close the racial wealth gap. Invest in quality and equitable education and technology for our children. Increase the minimum wage. Create a strategy to provide affordable childcare for working and middle-class families. Lastly, ensure that everyone pays their fair share of taxes.
I would fight to formulate a new formula. I would have data collected to determine the needs of all NJ children. The objective of the data would be to assist with identifying areas of disparity. I would look to create open dialogue with educators to find successful and sustainable solutions. I would also complete an assessment to identify services that may be underutilized and shared.
