Village of Roselle Mayor

(Vote for 1)The mayor is the chief executive officer of the city. The president is the corresponding chief executive officer of a village or town. The president, however, may alternatively be referred to as the mayor. The mayor or the president performs all of the duties prescribed by law or municipal ordinance and is required to see that the laws and ordinances are faithfully executed. The president has the same general supervisory powers and duties as the mayor, except where the Illinois Municipal Code specifically provides otherwise.
