As the current Milton Township Assessor serving my third term, I am seeking reelection because I remain firmly committed to serving our community with integrity, transparency, and dedication. Throughout my tenure, I have worked tirelessly to ensure fair and accurate property assessments, fostering trust and equity among all property owners while supporting our township’s economic growth. My experience has allowed me to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement modern tools, making assessments more accessible and responsive. While I am proud of our progress, there is more to do. I look forward to building on our successes and continuing to improve how we deliver fair and equitable assessments for all.

One of Milton Township’s biggest challenges is affordable housing. A strong community needs safe, affordable homes to provide stability, reduce homelessness, and drive economic growth. Stable housing allows residents to focus on education, jobs, and healthcare. Rising housing costs also impact property assessments, increasing taxes and straining long-time homeowners, seniors, and lower-income residents. I am committed to ensuring property owners are aware of tax relief programs that are available to them. Through educational sessions, informative materials, and personalized guidance, I strive to help residents access available resources, alleviate financial burdens, and make informed decisions.
Promoting collegiality with the board and ensuring transparency with the community are key to maintaining trust and effective governance. As Milton Township Assessor, I prioritize collaboration and open communication, knowing strong relationships are essential to serving residents. I will continue fostering teamwork through constructive dialogue, active listening, and shared goals that benefit our community.

By maintaining professionalism, respect, and open communication with the board and public, I will help ensure integrity, accountability, and the highest standards of service.

In closing, I bring both extensive experience and a proven track record of innovation and integrity to the role of Milton Township Assessor. As a three-term incumbent, I have successfully enhanced efficiency, fostered transparency, and implemented modern tools to ensure fair and accurate property assessments for all residents. My commitment is to serve with professionalism, respect, and accountability, building on our progress and striving every day to protect the best interests of Milton Township and its residents. It is an honor to serve as Milton Township Assessor and I ask for your support so that, together, we can keep our community strong, equitable, and thriving.
