Winfield Township Highway Commissioner

The Highway Commissioner of Winfield Township Road District, maintains the right-of-way of many of the streets in all unincorporated areas. The Road District does not maintain State, County Municipal or private roads. Within the ROW the Road District assumes many responsibilities.
