Harbor Water People's Utility District Director Subdivision 4
People’s Utility Districts and Public Utility Districts provide utility services within a specified area. The Board of Directors sets rates and policies based on the cost of service delivery; it has the power to purchase or lease property necessary for the Utility District’s operation. Candidates for PUD Director must be qualified voters who have resided in the district for at least 2 years before Election Day and reside permanently within the Subdivision that is on the ballot.Term: 4 years (2 years if completing an unfinished term). This is a nonpartisan position.
