My vivid memory, ability to prepare, and willingness to learn paired with my history of attendance is invaluable to our community. The dedication, determination, and perseverance I provided over the past 6 years is immeasurable. I would love nothing more than to continue giving my all to Highland Meadows 2. Attending and preparing an in-depth analysis of each meeting since November 2019 and as a Board Supervisor for 4 years my ability to adapt to any situation our team encounters has been proven
Based on our recent Budget workshop and current data, the district has a healthy, balanced budget. Thus, enabling the Board to vision sustainability in order to approve an effective plan. The plan will allow the district's team to execute their vision efficiently.
My priorities give insight to 1 vote. Decisions are Board Majority. We are a team! My focus would be uniting our team to maintain & improve existing infrastructure and to maintain the healthy, balanced budget. The O&M should be priority to prepare for inevitable costs to avoid increased assessments. Constructive meetings with productive agendas is key. This can be achieved by the Board actively listening, asking prudent questions, and having clear discussion resulting in beneficial consensus.
