Composed of 125 state representatives from districts with roughly equal populations of at least 19,000, its members are responsible for crafting and voting on legislation, helping to create a state budget, and legislative oversight over state agencies.

Personal Biography Webster Roth has been a resident of Winfield since 1981. Before moving to Winfield Web was honorably discharged from the Navy in 1978. Web became a licensed Realtor in 2013, is owner of Roth Auction Service LLC, and his wife owns and operates TrunkNTreasures in Winfield.
Education Web’s education includes an Associate degree from Cowley County Community College, an undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Quality Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College. Web is also a Certified Public Manager and one of the past presidents of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Managers
Community/Public Service Web has been is Public Service for 32 years with the State of Kansas, he worked for the Winfield Police Department, Plays and Sings with the Winfield Municipal Band, Plays with the South Kansas Symphony, and does benefit auctions for local churches and non-profits.
Education, Experience, and Love for Humanity.
Property Taxes, Safety and Security, Infrastructure. Introduce and support legislation that reduces or eliminates the issues.
The State already provides an easy way to track bills.
That is very subjective as what does the question actually mean. There are many variables in that question. I support a voting system that voters have confidence in.
