Kansas is one of the last of 10 states to adopt Medicaid expansion. With greater Medicaid expansion, 150,000 plus Kansans including children would have access to care. I will continue to support bodily autonomy. I will support fully funding special education across the state of Kansas.
I am hopeful with the updating of the Kansas legislative website this will help voters track and follow bills. I would like to see less bundling of bills, so there is transparency for the voters.
I would only support changes to election laws and voting systems that would not disenfranchised voters in the state of Kansas. Improving voting process and turn out should be a goal of all legislative representatives.
