I have spent most of my life living in Fremont County and a Wyoming native, I have seen many changes to our lovely state and only expect to see more.

I graduated from LVHS, worked very hard to obtain an Associates Degree from Central Wyoming College and a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado Technical College, in Business Administration. I have worked for the City of Riverton and also for the Town of Hudson, so have had experience in town/city government, budgeting, ordinances, and procedures.
I feel strongly about supporting our air service, as a travel agent for almost 20 years, I understand very well how important air service is to our area. It is vital that we have air service here in Fremont County to support the businesses that use the airport. There is a good chance that we could loose some of our employer base if the airport did not exist. One of the issues that exists with our airport is that we lack affordable car rentals. If we are to attract more tourist traffic through Central Wyoming Airport, this is an important issue that must be addressed.
Fremont County needs affordable housing. Rental housing for most working people is unaffordable and takes up such a large portion of wages.

I think finding a way to build decent, livable housing is a good way to start. That starts with finding affordable land that can be built on.

This is a difficult problem that requires cooperation from Federal, State and local governments. It would require looking at what can be done with the high cost of property in Fremont County, taxes, efficient use of building materials, use of solar and still providing affordable housing.
Hudson needs to clean up our Main Street to make it an attractive place to stop. We have such a rich history that most people drive right through town. I would like to see more small businesses, such as an ice cream shop, a gift shop or a coffee shop that allows visitors a stopping place. Information about Gold Star park explaining the importance of that particular designation. Work is being done on the baseball field here in town, along with the new restaurant/bar is going be a huge addition.
