Experience and qualifications I have over 20 years of experience in the financial Industry. Previously working with the Small Business Development Center, Indiana Business College, Thrive Federal Credit Union and serving as Delaware County Treasurer since January 1, 2023.
Community involvements I have been active in my neighborhood association for over 7 years, I am a board member for the Muncie Central Alumni Association, I am a commissioner for the Muncie Historic Preservation Commission representing Delaware County. I am currently a member and board member of the Muncie Sunrise Rotary Club.

With my 20+ years in the financial industry as well as my leadership and management background. Along with the 15 years I served on Muncie City Council. Investing of County funds – making sound investments that will give the County a good return on their money while remaining liquid in case it is needed quickly. As your Delaware County Treasurer, I have protected the integrity of Delaware County’s investments, while seeking the maximum return to help keep property tax rates down. In 2023, due to my in-depth

market analysis, an additional $3.2 million in interest income was earned which increased available funds for Delaware County. I believe I am qualified to continue to serve the citizens of Delaware County as Treasurer.
Collect Taxes – Property, innkeepers, and personal property. My staff and I were successful in collecting over 115 Million dollars in property taxes revenue for the county. We also collected innkeepers and personal property taxes as well as processed and deposited monies from departments from within Delaware County. running a successful tax sale is extremely important to the county. It gets property that is delinquent and not paying taxes into the hands of people that will pay taxes. In 2023 we implemented a process in which information for parcels in Delaware County are now easily accessed by residents and businesses. In 2024 we will be implementing a payment process in which property tax payers can set up reoccurring payments.
