1. Protect homes from deed fraud. In 2022, we implemented RNS. RNS provides email alerts to residents if anyone tries to file or tamper with their property records. We won a national award from NACo for RNS. We will improve RNS by including parcel based notifications. 2. Help Veterans. In 2023, we launched our Veterans Outreach Program. VOP allows us to go offsite and record DD214s and issue Veteran ID cards. We want to augment this program with more events. 3. Continue digitization efforts.

Political Philosophy As demonstrated during my 7.4 years of public service at the Board of Elections, I would continue to provide the same level of exceptional service to all users of the County Recorder's office, regardless of political philosophy.
I have 7.4 years of public service at the Board of Elections, most recently as Fiscal & Budget Officer and previously as Administrative Associate. Additionally, I have 20+ years of experience in marketing research and customer satisfaction research.
My focus will be: 1) exceptional service, 2) continuous improvement, and 3) fiscal responsibility. These priorities will be delivered using the skills and background I developed in the roles mentioned above. Specifically, I would continuously engage with users of the County Recorder’s office to understand their needs and satisfaction regarding office services. Ongoing collaboration with experts in information technology and recordkeeping will provide opportunities for service optimization.
