I have worked for Potter County for 20 years. I have held every position in the Treasurer's Office and have also had to step into the role of the Treasurer. I believe I have the experience and knowledge required to run the Treasurer's Office and look forward to serving all of our wonderful citizens.
I feel the need to improve leadership and hold them to the same standard as everyone else. I would like to improve company culture by implementing open communication and engaging employees. I want to focus on employee development, independence, and appreciation. There are several processes that I would like to streamline and make more efficient. Finally yet importantly, improve collaboration between departments within the county.
