I think I can bring a fresh perspective to the Council. In the past year, the Borough experienced several disturbing events such as robberies and the 7-Eleven shooting. I will work to ensure that our local police department has the resources they need to help keep our community safe.

Finally, I think it is important that we work with neighboring local governments on issues that will impact our community. Currently Middletown is considering a significant amount of development, including building houses on its last remaining unpreserved farm. Decisions like these will have a significant impact on our community including increasing our already staggering traffic congestion.
I chose to move to Langhorne Borough several years ago because this is the place where I want to raise my family. We are fortunate to live in a town that has many wonderful community resources. I want to give back to our community and ensure that it continues to be a great place to live, work and build friendships.

As a mom to an almost one year old, I am grateful for our town’s parks and open spaces, as well as resources like the local Bucks County Library branch. We need to ensure that these resources and all the great family friendly events that take place in the Borough are around for future generations to enjoy.
I work as an advocate for people with disabilities and am currently completing my Masters Degree in Non-Profit Leadership and Population Health Management. I volunteer with our local fire company helping with fundraising and administrative functions so that the brave men and women who serve as firefighters can focus on keeping our community safe. My family and I are currently renovating a historic house in the Borough back from apartments to be our family home and we appreciate the opportunity to live in a town so rich in history.

Prior to moving to Langhorne, I worked in the administrations of both Republican and Democrat Governors. I believe my extensive experience in public service will assist the Borough in dealing with state issues and grant opportunities.
