Woodlynne top three priorities. 1. Woodlynne needs to Immediately hire a qualified /experienced Borough Administrator. Working with this new Administrator we will provide accountability to the borough office along with a thorough audit of the accounting books. 2. Redo the almost 25 year old Code Book and the Borough Master Plan to help facilitate redevelopment of the Borough. Since no monies were included in the currently approved budget to do this work, we will seek a grant to complete this work quickly. 3. We must request the Camden County to lower the Woodlynne tax ratio to reflect our low property values. This would reduce the amount of money Woodlynne would be required to pay to Camden County providing property tax relief.
Wooodlynne is in need of a New Administrator. The current mayor is looking for members of Council, to vote in favor of him to be appointed the position. The residents of Woodlynne have no desire to see the current mayor assume the vacate administrator position. Mainly because the current mayor have demonstrated his incapable to preform the task currently of handling administrative duties of the day to day operations of the borough.

My desire is to see that we have council all working together, seeing that the hiring process of the new Borough Administrator is done correctly. The appointment of a new administrator that will proceed in getting our 25 year old Code Book, the Borough Master Plan, Borough Website updated and online.
The consolidation of municipalities and/or sharing services with neighboring municipalities is important in Woodlynne It helps us foster a better relationship with neighboring towns to facilitate greater shared services to reduce the property tax burden.
The creation of a economic development zones will provide incentives for investment. We have the highest tax rate in all of NJ and no business will invest in our borough unless we use the tools available to provide incentives by way of tax brakes. We need to work together with homeowners and local business owners to restore property values and provide new businesses opportunities to come in by rezoning and bringing in both developers and investors wanting to build and grow a New Woodlynne.
