Party Tagline -“A great democracy has got to be progressive or it will soon cease to be great or a democracy.” ― Theodore Roosevelt, New Nationalism Speech by Teddy Roosevelt
The top number 1 priority in the next municipal budget is focused on the redevelopment of local businesses locations such as Westfield, The Pennsauken Transit Station, and Petty Island into a New Triangle Economic Business Center for excellent services that will create jobs for Pennsauken Residents and will provide a surplus of revenue flowing into Pennsauken.

The New Triangle Economic Business Center become a destination tours location for a tourist to visit nationally and internationally from foreign countries that will visit the United States each year and will provide a surplus of revenue into Pennsauken. It will also become the center for the multicultural community to come together to celebrate Diversity in Pennsauken.
I must improve the Pennsauken education system. This goes from K-5 to adults. Currently, we have continued to spend wastefully each year. As taxes skyrocket, our taxes have no impact on all scopes of education at Pennsauken. I will put a stop completely from abusing their spending on things that do not help our residents and children’s and redirect the budget on things that directly impact our community to ensure we are ready to compete nationally and internationally Plan of Action: 1. Establish an Educational Oversight Committee that will handle the tasks of dealing with the School Board members and their overspending system. 2. Set the School Budget limit and Set Term Limit for All School board Members two terms only.
My view on forming an alliance with other municipalities and sharing services with neighboring municipalities is very important and necessary to establish a deeper bonding with other municipal and perhaps establish a joint community events that will benefits all municipal such as a joint Camden County Farmer Market or Camden County Tai Chi Day that brings in revenue and teaching the community the fundamental of education the mind, heart and healthy body.
I need to change our Businesses Processes before the township can attract businesses coming into Pennsauken. Plan of Actions: 1. Establish a Businesses Committee that will focus on handling all Pennsauken Businesses. 2. Granted more Businesses permit to allow outside Businesses to coming in from varies townships. 3. Establish a funding Business aid program to assist local and outside Businesses to grow in Pennsauken. 4. Reformed the Pennsauken Code-book or completely removed it. The Code-book has prevented Pennsauken from reaching its full potential for over a decade and restriction business entrepreneur coming into Pennsauken and open their own business or a shop.
