Manassas City Council
The Manassas City Council is composed of seven members, including an elected Mayor, and a Vice-Mayor selected by the Council after each election. Elections are held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November. Council Members are elected to four-year terms in staggered elections in even years.The 2019 Special Election is necessary because of the resignation of a member.
