Manassas City Council
The Manassas City Council is composed of seven members, including an elected Mayor, and a Vice-Mayor selected by the Council after each election. Elections are held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November. Council Members are elected to four-year terms in staggered elections in even years.The 2019 Special Election is necessary because of the resignation of a member.

The City has numerous goals in its Comprehensive Plan including establishing measures for conservation, rehabilitation and redevelopment of certain neighborhoods. What measures do you support to implement these goals?
The library and the City have been involved in negotiating for improvements at the Central Community Library. The City is considering withdrawing from the Prince William Public Library System. What solution would you support for the best location and library services for the city?
