Education Graduate of Trinity High School; Waynesburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Service Administration; Duquesne University School of Business with a Master's Degree in Management; Local Government Academy of Pittsburgh Newly Elected Official's Course.
Occupation Investor of Real Estate
Qualifications My higher education and professional work experiences have prepared me for this leadership position. As former Mayor of the City of Washington, I have demonstrated fiscal responsibility. I never raised property taxes on the citizens of the City and maintained a yearly budget of 13 million dollars. Under my leadership as Mayor, the City received an upgrade to its bond rating to a historic (A-) status. My objective for the office is to restore public trust and run the office with honestly, integrity and a dedicated work ethic. A lifetime record of public service and active community volunteer.

1. Modernize the structure of government and streamline the accounting system by switching to the recommended accounting method – as per (page 9) of the 2018 Washington County Controller Audit for the Clerk of Courts Office.

2. Lead my reforming government to protect the taxpayers, ensure timely deposits and tighten internal controls over access to banking accounts.

3. Provide stronger leadership, restore public trust and re-establish credibility in the office of Clerk of Courts, but, most importantly, make government honest.
Currently, the Clerk of Courts budget is sufficient. Once elected, a complete financial audit of the existing procedures and operations will be conducted and if there is a way to reduce costs or cut spending, I will certainly work hard to save the taxpayers of Washington County.
