The Lebanon Township School District serves students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Schools in the district (for grades PreK-4; 340 students) and Woodglen School (for grades 5-8). Both schools are located in Lebanon Township, but have a Califon mailing address. The Lebanon Township Board of Education is comprised of nine board members who freely dedicate their time and energy to serving our school community. The Board serves a dual role: To represent the concerns of the citizens, taxpayers and parents to the school administrators, and to represent the needs of the students and school district to the citizens, taxpayers and parents of the community. The School Board sets the policies, goals and objectives for the district and holds the superintendent responsible for implementing the policies and achieving the goals. School Board members are elected for three-year terms.
