Community/Public Service Have served on the city Council of Auburn for three terms and my second term as mayor was a volunteer firefighter for 11 years.
In the last two years we’ve added constant updates to our website. The public billboard display dates and times of city Council meetings. Started a park advisory board for the citizens of Auburn. I would continue on this path of involving more more citizens of Auburn into their community.
We will publish this on our website along with our public billboard encourage all citizens to participate as this is in the best interest of not only Auburn but all of Shawnee County and the state of Kansas.
Fordable housing and homelessness must be addressed on the city County state and federal levels there must be a working together attitude instead of this Pardison politics that we now see.
We must continue to improve our inter-structure waste water clean water electrical and better roads if we are to see our community grow and thrive. Participation by all patrons is what is needed in the smaller communities.
