1. Continue to act locally when it comes to protecting and enhancing our environment. We need to build on the successes and progress we’ve already made by honoring and executing on the commitment we made as Township to 100% clean renewable electricity by 2035 and the same for energy for heat and transportation by 2050. 2. Finalize plans to either renovate our existing library or build a new library. In either case, the plans need to be vetted extensively with public meetings and input to ensure we listen and learn from suggestions made to meet the needs of our community. 3. Fighting proposed Billboards along Lancaster Avenue. These billboards pose a significant threat to this neighborhood, not just in terms of visual and light pollution, aesthetics, but will undermine property values. They must and will be stopped.
