Current Planning Board
Former School Committee
I am running for the Planning Board to continue the work I started since joining the Board in 2016. This year my focus will be on the 40B projects we are facing as a community. I intend to strongly advocate for the Town to ensure the best possible outcomes. I am dedicated to providing the Town with proactive solutions to the affordable, elder and workforce housing scarcity by completing a housing production plan and beginning a series of small area studies to determine the best way to provide housing to Wellesley residents. The Board is also focused on passing a lighting bylaw, enacting zoning changes for NRC properties and correcting the zoning map at this year’s Town Meeting. On the horizon are a review of accessory structures and the revision of the zoning bylaw.
