BioI have been a resident of the Town of Patterson since 1992. During these past 25 Years my wife and I have raised 4 children- all of whom attended the Carmel Central School District and went on to pursue college degrees. I went to law school at night at Pace University for four years while working full time for Progressive Insurance in their claims organization. I have been a practicing trial attorney for 19 years with approximately two dozen jury verdicts to my name. I am presently the Managing Attorney for Farmer's Insurance Staff Counsel law office. I manage 10 attorneys and 7 support staff with an annual budget of over $3.5 million dollars. I go to court almost every day. I have also argued appeals in the 1st and 2nd Judicial Departments, The NYS Ct of Appeals, and the Federal 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. For the last 8 years I have served you as Councilman on the Patterson Town Board. I am proud of my record while serving on the Town Board. I believe that I have demonstrated that I have been a good steward of your tax dollars. I think I have been a voice of reason on the Town Board and I have demonstrated a practical common sense leadership approach which I plan to bring to the Town Justice Court. I have been an active volunteer in the community having been a coach with Patterson Little League for 16+ years. I believe it is critically imporant that any judge sitting in the justice court must have deep roots in the community. I know first hand the challenges that our children face growing up in Patterson, and as such, I feel that I am the best qualified candidate for the Town Justice position. I feel that I have gained wisdom as I have raised my 4 children that I can now bring to hearing cases in the justice court fairly and equitably. I am also sensitve to the issues of distracted driving and the opiod epidemic that have had a devastating effect on many families in our community. Please come out to vote for me on November 7th. Everyone vote counts!
