I would like to move the city of White Settlement forward toward growth. White Settlement needs new businesses, new families, and affordable housing. Our infrastructure needs major improvement to keep us competitive with the surrounding communities.
A background in running large and small companies gives me insight into organizing a large group of people. My experience on the EDC and Civil Service Commission helps with my understanding of what the city of White Settlement Citizens require.
I will continue to offer weekly invitations to the public as to what is happening in our city before and after our council meetings.
I will look into what our budgets are actually paying for and try to limit, cancel, or create better affordable programs. I will also work with our city’s Purchasing Department current practices
1. City sewer and street repair I will look for funds and ways to accelerate these repairs 2. Downtown area shopping I will bring new businesses willing to invest in properties on the White Settlement Rd and Cherry Ln corridors. 3. Splash Dayz I will address the water park as a retail business to create income while looking for ways to reorganize debt and debt servicing.
