I am an entrepreneur who helps small businesses with their bookkeeping and finances As a result, I work with people from all backgrounds and with varying income levels and am a good money manager with all levels of budgets. I excel and bringing people together to get things done. I am known for three things - being Candid, Credible and Conscientious. My clients know that they will always get the truth from me, no matter how hard it might be to hear. I am trusted by my clients, and I make careful, conscientious decisions. With me, what you see is what you get. I want to increase our business development in the city and as a current City of Loganville Commissioner so I am already working in this area. I was also on the City of Loganville Urban Redevelopment Plan Committee, which was formed to advise the City on ideas to implement a better Downtown area. We need more places for our residents and visitors to shop, work and play. People drive through our city to get somewhere else. I want us to be a destination, not a drive through.
We are fortunate in that our budget is balanced and our departments work well together to spend the money. We had a recent tax increase which was the first in a couple of years, to help support the resources we need as our city grows. We need to continue to watch what our resources are for our current citizens as well as ones moving into the city. That's why I'm for measured, careful growth, making sure we can support the citizens who choose to live here.
It's old fashioned but all we have as people is our word and our ethics. No gift from any source should influence a decision, and no appearance should exist of any impropriety when operating from public office. All decisions should be out in the open, open for discussion and motivations should be clear. I operate in both my personal and business above reproach and will continue to do so, whether in elected office or not.
Permanent legal residents and naturalized citizens are no different legally or in standing from someone originally born here in the United States. Every effort should be made for business owners and entrepreneurs to be welcomed into Loganville. I want to see business opportunities for all entrepreneurs.
Our city is already addressing this with electric vehicles for some city business so we are ahead of many similar-sized cities in this effort. We should continue to do this where we can to support cleaner air.

I have 13 years experiences as a Business Analyst working for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Infosys, Xerox and UPS Capital to define business process, risk management, mitigating issue and managing revenue vs debt ratio. Motivation to serve is to promote family unity. The City of Loganville is growing and population exploding while the city government is still operating at minimum capacity that will not sustain the grown in years to come…I want to see family unity, unleash business development and youth growth
Biggest budget issue is generating revenue at the back of residence in terms of high city limit taxes, mortgage taxes and utilities. Issue could be addressed by bringing retail outlet to Loganville like Targets, Bath & Body, Marshall, Ross etc so citizen can have the convenience and access to these stores at closed proximity, city generating sales taxes to sustain budget without raising taxes on residence.
City should run all city business on term basis and be rotated to highest bidder at lowest cost of service so that prevent noncompeting mind set. City of Loganville book of business should be available to all tax paying residence to see where and what their money is being spent at..
As long as any federal and state laws not broken the current system should continue to be enforced while promoting all small businesses ideas. We should organized taste of Loganville occasionally so small business can showcases their product to the community at large..
Currently, Loganville does not enforce carbon emission test we should request from EPA to provide the statistic of carbon emission pollution in the city and if we need to review and revised current law…
