Family I am married to my wonderful wife Sally for 41 years. We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
Military Service none
Employer Retired
Experience Currently serving my 12th year for council.
I have served as a council member for the Village for 12 years and would appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve. I was a Pastor and am now an elder for my church that I have attended for approximately 30 years. I am retired from self employment for which I owned my own company. I feel I have the business experience to help make an impact in promoting business in the community.
Economic Development is the biggest challenge. With the building of the industrial park at Afton, I am hoping I can help and support the promotion of the Village of Williamsburg for business and residents.
Although we have a great community, I would like to make it better. I would like to be a part of the growth and development that I know Williamsburg could have.

Our number one challenge is our finances. We need to promote our village so that we can help grow and support the businesses already here and draw new businesses to our community. We need to be competitive with the surrounding communities in this area to be successful.
We need to continue to support our police, fire and EMS departments and to give them all of the tools and training they need to keep our village safe and crime free. Additionally, we need to continue to work well with the Williamsburg school system and township trustees, especially now more than ever, given the new Afton industrial park project on the horizon.
