Proven record of reducing government costs without reducing the quality of service. Will continue to expand and enhance our recreation programs, attract cyberspace proof businesses with staying power, build our tax base with responsible development and keep Mount Kisco affordable for all of our residents. Continue to use my knowledge and experience to rebuild our aging infrastrucure, protect and increase our water supply and address quality of life issues in a responsible way.
Mount Kisco has set the bar for affordable housing, While there may be room for more, additional affordable housing would have to be in conjunction with market rate development.

We will provide a transparent and accessible governement that welcomes community involvement. We will implement infrastructure maintenance and beautification to attract investment. Mount Kisco is fortunate to have a variety of housing options that meets the needs of residents from across all socioeconomic levels. Though Mount Kisco is geographically smaller than surrounding communities, we have a larger inventory of total housing units available at fair rates.
