Qualifications Marta is a Councilmember on the Chester Heights Borough Council since 2016 where she is Chair of the Insurance and Finance Committee. She is a business owner with 15 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, and insurance consulting. She is a devoted wife and mother of 4.

My top 3 priorities are: To promote fiscal responsibility while providing for the safety of our residents through careful management of our resources and maintenance of a fully funded fire department. To enhance the communication platform we established to support a two-way communication and true government representation and inclusion for our residents. To promote responsible land use that will have a positive impact for borough residents while balancing individual property owner rights.
